This is a high-impact role where your work will directly power the next generation of AI/ML-driven features and insights, all while solving real-world challenges across complex energy operations.

Your core mission

You will work closely with a dedicated team of developers and product managers to ensure we're always building solutions for impact, performance, and scale.
You will establish a robust data infrastructure required for our next phase of AI-driven product development, and define and deliver the right strategy and architecture.

What will get our attention

  • A proven track record in a Data Engineering or ML Engineering role

  • An deep interest in machine learning and the ability to influence our AI direction

  • Relevant higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum)

  • Experience evaluating and implementing new data tools, models, and technologies

  • Familiarity with SQL and a data-centric programming language like Python

  • Expertise in data quality, cleansing techniques, and data modeling (e.g. dimensional modeling, feature stores)
