The Mission: Become the Face of the Brand
We are looking for a natural presenter who is ready to step in front of the lens. Your primary goal is to conceptualize, film, and star in engaging, high-quality short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). This is a role for someone who loves being on camera and can captivate an audience in either Norwegian or English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Camera Talent (The Focus):
    Confidently film yourself presenting content on a regular schedule (3-5 videos per week). Your face will be the voice of our brand on social media.
  • Bilingual Content:
    Fluent creation and presentation in both
    Norwegian
    and
    English
    to communicate effectively with our target markets.
  • Full-Cycle Creation:
    Take videos from concept and scriptwriting to filming, basic editing (using tools like CapCut or native editors), and publishing.
  • Trend Analysis:
    Stay hyper-aware of trending social media formats and audio, quickly adapting relevant trends to Innoscribe's messaging.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Language Fluency is Non-Negotiable:
    Native or near-native proficiency in
    Norwegian
    and
    English
    (spoken and written).
  • Confidence on Camera:
    Must be naturally high-energy, articulate, and completely comfortable being the sole on-screen talent.
  • Skills:
    Proficiency with basic video editing software and a strong understanding of current social media platforms (IG Reels, TikTok).
