We are proud of having cities like Oslo, London, Washington, Singapore, and Sydney among our clients.About the Role As the main point of contact for a customer portfolio, you are responsible for follow-up, delivery, and customer satisfaction. While the role also involves technical sales, preparation of proposals, contract negotiations, and identification of new business opportunities, the primary focus is on site services and operational support. You will work closely within multi-disciplinary and international teams and contribute to the further development of the company's services, methods, and processes. This role reports to the O&M Support Manager.This role is responsible for all required site tasks on Cambi THP systems, including planning and execution of installation, commissioning, and site acceptance tests for process plants. Key responsibilities also include adaptation and optimization of control systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and strict compliance with site safety requirements. The right candidate will gain a valuable opportunity for extensive on-the-job training, building strong expertise while contributing to reliable operations, process improvements, and long-term customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Business Development:Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients/plants, ensuring high levels of support, delivery, and client satisfaction.Proactively promote services, products, and projects to clients.Identify opportunities, support technical sales and prepare proposals for service projects.Take ownership of solving complex client challenges while capturing business opportunities.Lead negotiations with suppliers, partners, and clients.Contribute to the development of service offerings, methodologies, tools, and business processes to strengthen organizational capabilities.Site Service Activities:Primary responsibility for service assignments and site services in the Nordic region.Deliver site services, including operations, preventive and corrective maintenance.Perform troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization in collaboration with Cambi experts and customers.Plan and prepare installation and commissioning activities for assigned projects.Maintain test records and performance documentation.Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and conduct Safe Job Analyses when required.Desired characteristicsPersistent, thorough, and able to handle many parallel activities in a dynamic environment.Structured, independent, and result-oriented, with a strong ability to get things done.A reliable team player who is honest, humble, and hard-working, with a natural willingness to share knowledge and learn new skills.Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively during certain periods.Requirements Engineer within mechanical, process, chemical, automation or a process technician. Or certificate of Craftsmanship, Technical College within automation, process, mechanical, electrical. Boiler Certificate (Kjelpassersertifikat) is a benefit.> 3 years of relevant work experience.Comfortable with working in national, international and multicultural environments.
