SAP Finance Lead (Superhero) Leader/Consultant

Are you an experienced SAP Finance professional who thrives in a consulting environment?

We're looking for a
SAP Finance Lead Consultant
to help head up our finance services team and help clients

achieve smarter, more efficient financial operations through SAP S/4HANA.

What you will do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP Finance consultants.
  • Deliver high-quality SAP Finance solutions that drive real business value.
  • Engage with clients through workshops and needs analyses to understand their goals.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance processes based on best practices.
  • Support clients throughout their transformation journey from concept to go-live.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
  • Strong focus on the new SAP ERP public cloud

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of SAP Finance (S/4HANA) experience, including configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience leading consulting teams or strong ambition to take that step.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and SAP best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field.
  • SAP Finance certifications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
