Barception Manager

Our team is shaking things up a bit this year Our General Manager is off supporting another hotel, and our Barception Manager is stepping up in her place - which means we've got an opening for someone to join us as Barception Manager for about 12 months (from February 26 to January 27).

As the Barception Manager of Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station, you're managing a team of 7 people - who are working shifts 24/7, 365 days a year. Our Barception never closes. 

Your to-do-list as a Comfort Barception Manager:

• Lead our reception team and keeping the front desk energy positive and welcoming, always following the Comfort rules and keeping our guest promise
• Make sure guests feel taken care of from check-in to check-out
• Plan schedules with the Barception supervisor, helping with daily operations and the occasional curveball
• Support guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating a connection that goes beyond the basics
• Keep communications clear between departments
• Keep an eye on the numbers, managing budgets and a balanced scoreboard to make sure the department runs profitably and sustainable
• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player

As a Manager at Comfort Hotel, you need to be proficient in English. Norwegian or Swedish is a plus and any additional language skills may be beneficial to your application.
