Function
Role Overview
You elevate the process discipline and our deliveries through solid execution and clear collaboration. You spot opportunities, set direction, and turn plans into results. The role blends technical leadership, client dialogue, and team and method development.

  • Process scope in early phase and execution phase
  • Secure quality, progress, and cost in line with targets and contract
  • Identify risks and opportunities and implement effective actions
  • Develop client and partner relations and convert into work

Requirements
Qualifications

  • More than ten years of relevant experience from large projects
  • Master or Bachelor in Process Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven strength in early phase and front end with understanding of cost, schedule, and execution
  • Experience related to offshore facilities
  • Norwegian language is preferred
  • Based in the Stavanger area or willing to be present there
