As we expand globally, logistics sourcing plays a pivotal role in scaling operations, strengthening resilience, and ensuring strategic alignment across the entire supply chain.

We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist (Logistics) to shape the future of our commercial logistics models and partner footprint including distributors & resellers. In this role, you will be at the heart of transformation, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensure efficiency, resilience, and strategic alignment across logistics
  
• Develop, harmonize, and negotiate supplier terms & conditions
  
• Map logistics networks across our global footprint
  
• Build strong Supplier partnerships and foster collaboration
  
• Lead end to end sourcing processes, including RFX management
  
• Work cross-functionally with teams, such as logistics operations, legal, and finance

To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong blend of strategic vision and hand on operational expertise. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  
• In deep knowledge of logistics operations, including 3PL/4PL models and end-to-end supply chain flows
  
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  
• Solid Commercial acumen, with familiarity inCAPEX, OPEX and financial risk management
  
• Direct experience collaborating with global logistics partners across regions such as APAC, Europe, and North America
  
• A track record of driving initiatives from strategy through execution, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
• A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

Additionally bonus points if you have, or are eager to learn

• Experience working with distributors and resellers
• Background in the consumer technology industry, with an understanding of its unique supply chain dynamics

• Built and maintained strong stakeholder alignment across global regions
• Implemented effective partner performance tracking and managed escalations with clarity and impact
