We are currently looking for a motivated MEP Manager to join our MiCiM Nordics team. This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of essential MEP systems on large-scale data centre construction projects, working alongside dedicated and skilled colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire MEP scope, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.
  • Lead and coordinate MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Review designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Manage budgets and schedules for MEP works, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure all MEP installations meet the highest standards.
  • Uphold our commitment to health and safety by enforcing strict site safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the commissioning phase, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet performance requirements before project handover

About You:

  • Experience in managing MEP works, ideally within the data centre or mission-critical construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including high-voltage power distribution, HVAC, plumbing, BMS, and fire safety systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering are preferrable but we'd also like to hear from you if you are qualified by experience.
  • Familiarity
    with project management and design software
