EG Infodoc, part of EG Healthcare, is a trusted EHR solution used by several doctor segments in Norway. As the product enters a new phase of modernization, we're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead its continued innovation and strategic growth from our office in Bergen.

Your Role: Lead Infodoc's Next Chapter
We're seeking a passionate and visionary Product Manager with a strong SaaS background to take Infodoc to the next level. The solution already holds a strong position in Norway, with thousands of users. Your key role will be to ensure continued growth and high customer satisfaction while driving its transformation into a truly next-generation product.

As Product Manager, you'll define clear product direction through strategy, prioritization, and execution. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that address real needs, advocate for customers through agile processes, and ensure the customer's voice shapes our roadmap.

You'll also explore how emerging technologies - including AI - can enhance Infodoc's value proposition by improving collaboration, automating workflows, and increasing efficiency and quality in digital healthcare management.

You'll be part of the Product Management Team in EG Healthcare, reporting to the Head of Product.

Your key responsibilities:

• Refine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EG Infodoc.
• Translate customer pain points and market insights into actionable product improvements.
• Lead discovery and maintain close dialogue with users to guide innovation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure strong product releases and go-to-market execution.
• Leverage AI and data-driven insights to strengthen discovery and decision-making.
• Participate in strategic sales opportunities and represent product strategy externally.

Your Profile: Strategic, Data-Driven, Future-Focused
This role is all about creating outstanding solutions for our customers. To succeed, you'll bring a strong commercial mindset - and ideally, the following qualifications
:

• Proven experience in Product Management within a SaaS or software environment.
• 5+ years of product leadership experience with structured product frameworks and governance processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
• Healthcare domain experience is an advantage.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative - passionate about empowering people and teams.
• Genuine interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies such as AI.
