About the Role
We're now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to define and lead a new vision for how marketing fuels Simployer's growth, impact, and market positioning. This role is all about building what's next: a scalable, insight-driven marketing engine that elevates our brand and accelerates commercial success.
Following a full rebrand and the launch of our new HRM SaaS platform, Simployer One, we're ready to redefine what B2B marketing can deliver in a competitive, fast-moving landscape. You'll lead the change in building a scalable, insight- and data-driven marketing engine that fuels our commercial goals, amplifies our brand, and sets us apart in the market. Skills & Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Define a clear long-term vision for marketing's role in Simployer's growth to drive growth, differentiation, and brand leadership.
- As part of the C-level team, you will contribute to defining Simployer's overall vision and strategy, collaborating across functions to ensure marketing plays a leading role in achieving our ambitions.
- Inspire, develop, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth across disciplines and geographies through strong coaching, clear direction, and empowering leadership.
- Strengthen Simployer's brand awareness and positioning in key markets, with a clear focus on differentiation and thought leadership.
- Build and scale full-funnel marketing programs across inbound, outbound, ABM, and partner channels, with a laser focus on generating qualified pipeline and marketing-sourced ARR.
- Drive innovation by introducing smart tools, leveraging AI, and streamlining workflows to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to align efforts, optimize conversion, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Evolve our product marketing to support new launches, migrations, packaging, and customer expansion.
- Design and implement a modern marketing operating model, including team structure and ways of working that aligned with Simployer's strategic objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, track funnel performance, and provide data-backed insights and forecasts to the CRO and executive team.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Proven experience in leading high-growth B2B Marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior role within high-growth scaling SaaS companies.
- A strong demand generation mindset, with the ability to partner tightly with sales and revenue operations to drive predictable pipeline growth.
- A track record of building and developing high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and have the ability to align Product, Sales, and Customer team to deliver unified customer experiences.
- Experience in managing multi-market marketing growth efforts in international settings.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools and marketing tech to improve performance and personalization.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools including funnel analysis, Google Analytics, and Power BI and CRM systems like Salesforce and/or Hubspot.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must, Nordic language is a plus.
