Who You Are

You are a Salesforce professional who enjoys diving deep into the platform while maintaining a broad understanding of its ecosystem. You keep up with industry trends and love sharing knowledge with your colleagues. Collaboration and open discussion are central to how you work, and you thrive in a team environment.

You are fluent in a Scandinavian language (preferably Norwegian or Swedish) as well as English.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver value for both employees and customers.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate Agentforce, automation, and data insights into everyday workflows.
  • Take ownership of solutions, balancing maintenance with strategic development.
  • Challenge the status quo by creating proofs of concept that solve problems in innovative ways.

Your Background

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, preferably certified.
  • Experience of hands-on configurations within core clouds. Preferably with exposure to LWC/Apex.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and explore new Salesforce capabilities.
  • Previous experience as a consultant or in internal Salesforce roles is welcome.
