Senior Digital Specialist (PPC) - Global AdTech - Norway, Oslo 

Location: Oslo (Hybrid)

Join a high-growth global AdTech business and take end-to-end ownership of Paid Search. You'll set strategy, activate campaigns, and optimise for measurable ROI—partnering closely with smart clients and cross-functional teams. If you love combining hands-on PPC with clear, data-driven storytelling, this is for you.

As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and working closely with them at all stages of their time with us. You shape strategies and give tactical recommendations about our customer's digital presence. You are the one who operationally manages, identifies, analyses, and optimizes data-driven opportunities in our customer's digital channels.

What you'll do

  • Lead and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing and other platforms - driving ROI for clients, managing budgets and delivering data driven insights. 
  • Lead new-client onboarding and the full campaign lifecycle: objectives, KPIs, reviews, and roadmaps.
  • Shape your clients digital strategy and give tactical recommendations on digital presence. 
  • Turn data into action using GA4, Tag Manager and Looker Studio (or similar).
  • Manage multiple budgets with strong pacing discipline and ROAS focus.

About you

  • Hands-on PPC practitioner for medium–large budgets across Google Ads and Bing.
  • Proven track record hitting client KPIs; sharp analytical skills (GA4, GTM, reporting).
  • Clear, confident communicator who turns performance data into compelling narratives.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (required).
  • Agency or AdTech background preferred; Google Ads/Analytics certifications are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of how SEO and Paid Search complement each other.
  • Experience with other paid channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Display, Video).
  • Basic CRO/landing-page optimisation familiarity.
