- Coordinate external A&E consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-optimized solutions.
- Assist site selection by evaluating brownfield/greenfield opportunities and master planning.
- Review Capex budgets and assess technical risk in expansion, retrofits, or new builds.
- Support technical incident investigations and drive continuous design improvements.
- Ensure sustainability opportunities are prioritized and environmental impact is minimized.
About You:
- 5–7 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects (preferably data centers)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Understanding of data center equipment and critical infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of building management systems and civil/structural engineering
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Swedish or Norwegian are considered as a strong merit
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable mindset
- Willingness to travel across the Nordics, including outside regular business hours
- Background check is conducted to all our employees.
Why atNorth?
The wellbeing of our employees is a top priority, and we want everyone to feel valued.
We foster an open and transparent company culture, supported by active and ongoing communication. Monthly wellbeing surveys and regular one-to-one meetings provide us with valuable insights into how our team is feeling and where we can improve. Every week, we also come together for a shared breakfast at the office—because sometimes, the best ideas (and conversations) happen over coffee and croissants.
Please apply latest on the 20th November. We will be going through the applications already during the application period.
