Vi søker en Technical Support Senior Specialist til vårt tekniske supportteam i Oslo

I denne rollen blir du en del av vårt nordiske team for opplæring og teknisk support. Du vil få grundig opplæring og deretter jobbe med den nyeste teknologien i vårt laboratorium. Du vil yte teknisk support til kolleger, partnere, installatører og sluttkunder – hovedsakelig via telefon og e-post.

Du vil jobbe med produkter innen:

• Bygningsautomatisering (BMS)
• Brannalarmsystemer
• Sikkerhetssystemer

Vi tilbyr et inkluderende og støttende arbeidsmiljø med kolleger både nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Teamet samarbeider tett med salgsavdelingen for å sikre god informasjonsflyt og kundetilfredshet.

• Fagbrev innen elektro
• Teknisk erfaring, gjerne innen relevante systemer
• Gode norskkunnskaper, både muntlig og skriftlig
• Gode engelskkunnskaper

• Yte teknisk support via telefon og e-post
• Veilede i feilsøking og problemløsning
• Utføre tekniske vurderinger ved reklamasjoner
• Eskalere saker til global support/R&D ved behov
• Samarbeide og dele kunnskap med kolleger i Norden
