Vi søker en erfaren kommunikasjonsrådgiver til et 6-måneders vikariat i et sterkt og tverrfaglig markeds- og kommunikasjonsteam i Oslo fra januar 2026.

Om rollen

Du skal sikre god historiefortelling, tydelig posisjonering og engasjerende kommunikasjon internt og eksternt. Vi ser etter deg som har en rask og god penn, trives når du får skrive, skape og formidle – og som kan ta eierskap til både innholdsproduksjon, rådgivning og kanalstyring på vegne av en stor og synlig virksomhet.

Dette vikariatet passer perfekt for deg som liker å jobbe operativt, samtidig som du har strategisk forståelse og god forretningssans.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Utvikle og implementere kommunikasjonsplaner for definerte ansvarsområder.
  • Være en proaktiv rådgiver og sparringspartner for ansvarsområdene du følger opp.
  • Samarbeide tett med fagmiljøer, markedsteamet og øvrige kommunikasjonsressurser.
  • Planlegge og koordinere kampanjer og arrangementer i samarbeid med markedsteamet.
  • Planlegge og gjennomføre presseinnsalg og medieaktiviteter for å øke synlighet og styrke omdømmet innen egne ansvarsområder.
  • Produsere og distribuere innhold i relevante formater og kanaler – som tekst, sosiale medier, nyhetsbrev og pressemeldinger.
  • Følge opp resultater fra kampanjer, inkludert rekkevidde, engasjement og konvertering.
  • Utarbeide månedlige rapporter på synlighet og effekt.
  • Holde seg oppdatert på trender, beste praksis og nye verktøy innen kommunikasjonsfaget.

Vi ser etter deg som

  • Har lengre erfaring som kommunikasjonsrådgiver, innholdsprodusent eller journalist.
  • Erfaren i å håndtere reaktive mediehenvendelser, identifisere proaktive muligheter, skrive pressemeldinger og støtte talspersoner.
  • Er sterk på historiefortelling, redaksjonelt arbeid og digital publisering.
  • Har erfaring med innholdsutvikling for både eksterne og interne kanaler.
  • Kommuniserer modent og enkelt – også om komplekse temaer.
  • Er operativ, strukturert, kvalitetsbevisst og jobber godt i høyt tempo.
  • Trives i tverrfaglige samarbeid og bygger tillit hos ulike fagmiljøer.
  • Behersker norsk og engelsk svært godt, både muntlig og skriftlig.
