At People Made Machines (PMM), we're here to shape the future of technology with people at the center. As an AI- and data-focused tech consultancy, we're looking for experienced AI Engineers who care about building real, lasting impact through innovation.

With solid client partnerships and a strong sales engine, we offer the best of both worlds: project security and real influence over what you work on. From our start in 2023 we have sold consultants for 35 million NOK. We're building a strong team of AI engineers and we're now looking for more to join us on-site in Oslo.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools to solve real problems for our forward-thinking clients.

What we're looking for:

  • Familiarity with modern generative AI and language models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python. Other object-oriented languages is a plus.
  • Experience designing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Comfort working in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of data management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions with business impact.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CUDA is a plus.
  • Consulting experience is a big plus.
  • Relevant education (BS/MS) or you're proudly self-taught. We care more about your thinking than your diploma
