Job Description
Liaise and consult clients to handle their travel and tour needs.
Hand client reservation and ticketing services.
Manage grow business relations and client portfolio.
Ensure client is satisfied with services provided at all times.
Follow up with client orders and inquiries.
Qualifications
HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.
3 - 5 years as a Ticketing & Reservation officer in an air travel and tour company
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Good command of English and report writing skills
