The Position
AKVA group Land Based is investing aggressively in sustainable land-based aquaculture solutions and is seeking a Project Planner to strengthen its project execution capacity.
As Project Planner, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating internal project schedules to support timely delivery and ensure alignment across teams. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliveries, track progress, and proactively identify potential delays or issues. The role also includes document handling and ad hoc project support.
Reporting Line: Head of Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal schedules in , including receipt, warehouse/workshop, and on-site dates.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Record schedule changes and updates in ERP systems (Navision and ).
- Compile and prepare end-user documentation packages.
- Update project documentation with tag numbers, component names, and relevant details.
- Support procurement and ordering processes.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in logistics, technical fields, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Navision and is advantageous.
- Prior experience in industries such as processing, construction, engineering, IT, or manufacturing.
Work Environment
You will be based at our headquarter in Klepp, working closely with remote teams and engaging in multiple global projects. This role offers a broad network across AKVA group's global project organization.
