We are looking for a qualified translator with strong language skills and solid system experience, who can ensure high-quality communication—internally, but above all externally. The role involves translating and proofreading a wide range of texts from various parts of the organization, with the aim of creating clear, consistent, and audience-adapted communication for our external stakeholders, such as resellers and partners.

The material comes from several different systems and communication channels, such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, as well as documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The content may include newsletters, product information, case management, and other business communication, and is used in external channels such as websites, newsletters, and partner portals.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Native proficiency in the target language
  • Fluent English and preferably some understanding of German
  • Documented expertise in plain language, readability, and tone of voice
  • Strong ability to identify context and target audience
  • Experience with technical or product-related texts and financial reports is a plus
  • Interest in cars
  • Experience with AI-supported writing tools and language technology in sales/retail contexts, including workflows for financial content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce
  • Ability to manage and deliver under time pressure with short, critical deadlines
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Timeframe
The assignment starts in January 2026 and will continue throughout the year.
