The opportunity 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who values collaboration, innovation, and making a meaningful impact.

 

How you'll make an impact

• Manage and distribute documentation requirements to project stakeholders, ensuring proper version control and compliance with company procedures.

• Set up and manage documentation management systems and processes, prepare and update progress reports, and monitor document delivery performance.

• Develop project-specific documentation management processes, engage with project teams and clients, and monitor document management work packages.

• Support and guide colleagues on documentation control issues, providing coaching to less experienced team members.

• Contribute to process enhancements related to document management and efficiently apply the document management system.

Your background

• Knowledge in documentation management, this can have been obtained through work experience.

• Experience in managing projects/processes and working independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.

• Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written.
