About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information and Cybersecurity consultant to our GRC practice. Your main responsibility is to be a senior delivery resource to our Norwegian client base, with primary focus in Oslo. You'll work hands-on with Eficode clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that provide real value.

Besides being an experienced technical specialist, we look for a consulting angle: someone who'll confidently take ownership of client interactions, driving communication, seeking answers to complex challenges, and delivering results efficiently.

Together with seasoned leaders, you will be given the opportunity to contribute to building the cyber security business in Eficode through participation in sales and commercial activities, and designing new services and solutions.

You will also collaborate with other teams across Eficode, building expertise that links to the rest of the company.

Skills we are looking for

• Solid experience (approx. 5-7 years) as a consultant within Information and Cybersecurity
• Ideally, a combination of technical insights (e.g. background in DevOps) and GRC
• Someone hands-on, with ability to apply theory in practice
• Relevant academic background, preferably at Master's level
• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker (due to customer interactions often being expected to be handled in Norwegian)
