Senior Salesforce / nCino Engineer – Corporate Lending
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/nCino Engineer who will play a key role in Corporate Lending and the successful implementation and future operation of nCino, as a cloud-based banking operating system built on the Salesforce platform.

We are looking for Developers with a growth mindset who will play a crucial role in the implementation of nCino within our banking infrastructure. You are passionate about technology and have a strong interest in learning about and playing with new technologies. But almost equally important is your ability to be a good team player and that you understand the need to cooperate with others to achieve great results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nCino or Salesforce development, configuration, and integration, preferably within a banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Design, develop, and implement features and functionalities to streamline banking processes
• Customize Salesforce and nCino objects, workflows, and page layouts to meet specific business needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications
• Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Salesforce and nCino
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices to continuously optimize the platform

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, nCino Developer or Engineer in a banking environment
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with nCino's configuration framework is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and configuration
• Experience with API integration and data migration is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Salesforce or nCino Certification(s) is an advantage
• Experience with other Salesforce applications and integrations is an advantage

We prefer that you have completed higher technical education, but we also acknowledge that extensive relevant experience may make up for this. You must be fluent in English (both oral and written).
