About the Role

This is an open application, intended for those who want to join Aritma but haven't found a specific position that fits—yet. Maybe you're commercial, technical, operational, analytical—or something else entirely. What matters most is that you're passionate about working in a growth company and believe you can make a difference here.

About Aritma

Aritma connects, simplifies, and automates financial processes for more than 40,000 Nordic companies. Our systems handle over €140 billion annually—and we're in the middle of an intense scale-up phase We've grown from 30 to 100 MNOK in ARR in just two years, added 20 new colleagues last year (now approaching 60 in total), and recently brought in Main Capital Partners as our majority owner and strategic growth partner.

In the coming years, we'll expand internationally, pursue strategic acquisitions, and—most importantly—build the organization that will power and manage this growth. This is where the real journey begins.
