Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, located in Oslo with some opportunities for remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, monitoring social media channels, optimizing social media performance, and engaging with the online community. Daily tasks will include creating and scheduling posts, analyzing metrics, collaborating with content creators, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Team player and key culture contributor
  • Experience developing and implementing Content Strategy
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
