Industrial Work Surface (IWS)
team is at the forefront of industrial transformation. We build high-value products that run on our IWS platform, solving our customers' most critical challenges with asset operations and optimization. Our mission is to translate powerful data into practical, intuitive software that improves efficiency, safety, and sustainability for heavy-asset industries.
The Role: Your Mission
As part of the continued expansion of our Industrial Work Surface (IWS), we have established a dedicated product module for
Risk & Safety
. We are now seeking a visionary Product Manager to own this module's strategy and accelerate its growth.
You will hold a high-impact role, acting as a driving force behind innovation. The Risk & Safety module aims to ensure safer, more compliant operations by digitizing critical safety processes and providing real-time risk visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for the Risk & Safety product module.
- Business Case & Value Realization: Conduct detailed business analysis by mapping complex safety workflows (like Permit-to-Work), then develop robust business cases with clear ROI to justify and prioritize features based on commercial goals.
- Roadmap & Execution: Translate product strategy into a clear product roadmap with detailed requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams.
- Customer & Domain Focus: Engage deeply with customers and domain experts to become an authority on user challenges and market needs.
- Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to launch new products and drive market adoption.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, management consulting, or strategy roles.
- You have a strong background in B2B software, preferably within industrial or enterprise solutions.
- You have a proven ability to connect market insights to product outcomes and tangible business impact.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Domain expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM), operational risk management, or HSE is a significant advantage, but not a strict requirement.
Why settle for the ordinary when you can be part of the extraordinary?
- Where you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, thought leaders, and innovative minds who are passionate about driving change.
- Where you will foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Where you will reshape the norms and build a future where everyone can thrive and excel.
- Where you can be part of our game changing culture where we believe in empowering our employees to unleash their full potential and make a meaningful impact.
- Where you can be part of our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
Diversity & Inclusion
At Kongsberg Digital, we celebrate diversity and strive for inclusivity. We strongly believe that different perspectives and backgrounds drive innovation and contribute to our success. We actively promote a culture of inclusiveness that values and respects every individual, providing equal opportunities for all our employees. Together, we will create a workplace where every game-changing employee can shine and seize equal opportunities.
Application process
If you're ready to be a game changer in the pursuit of creating a better tomorrow, seize this opportunity Submit your resume and a compelling cover letter that showcases your relevant experience and articulates why joining us at Kongsberg Digital excites you.
