YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Partnerships Manager, you will own the commercial success of key cities in Norway and Denmark, shaping how micromobility is deployed, scaled, and made profitable in close partnership with city leaders. You'll build long-term relationships with local decision-makers, form strategies around market entries and tenders, and work cross-functionally to improve customer experience, unit economics, and compliance. Reporting to the Country Manager, you'll collaborate closely with Policy, Operations, Growth, and Product teams to strengthen Voi's footprint in existing and new markets. This will include:
- Lead the commercial growth and development of Voi's micromobility services by collaborating closely with city representatives, driving revenue development initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements in performance.
- Build and manage strong relationships with city stakeholders (e.g. city administrators, public transport authorities), leading initiatives that align with city priorities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new markets, and drive their implementation to improve profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate market entries, including commercial viability, regulatory readiness, and strategic fit.
- Represent Voi in pre-tender and tender processes with cities considering micromobility solutions.
- Lead negotiations with cities, ensuring agreements that balance city, customer and Voi's financial objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for city stakeholders, ensuring compliance, addressing concerns, and developing pragmatic solutions that improve the rider experience.
- Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to understand city-level performance and collaborate with local teams on initiatives that improve efficiency and unit economics.
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We're looking for an analytical and structured business professional who enjoys working at the intersection of cities, commercial performance, and strategy, and who can build trust with senior external stakeholders. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:
- B.Sc in business, engineering, or a similar field.
- Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.
- 3–7+ years of experience in roles such as market development, strategy, operations, consulting or government relations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing and negotiating with external stakeholders, for example within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment or within the public-sector.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Experience working with business performance metrics, business cases, or budgets, and a curiosity to go deep into data and analytics.
Don't meet every requirement?
If you are excited about this role and our mission, and have relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply - even if you don't check every box.
WHY VOI?
Working at Voi is more than just a job; Our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society. In addition to this you'll have the opportunity to:
- Join Europe's #1 micromobility operator and one of the fastest growing scaleups.
- Get "skin in the game" through our employee options program.
- Have a direct impact on Voi's footprint in the region.
- Collaborate closely with inspiring, motivated and fun colleagues towards a common goal.
- Join the micromobility revolution and be a part of creating sustainable cities made for living, free from noise and pollution.
Since 2018,
