We is seeking a skilled and experienced Wellsite Drilling Engineer to support offshore operations on a temporary basis. This is a senior-level role within the Drilling and Wells category, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to safe and efficient execution of offshore drilling and completion activities.

Work Location: Offshore, 2/4 rotation

Duration: From December 2025 until

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day onsite monitoring and reporting of rig-based well activities
  • Ensure operations comply with the client's and Rig Contractor's Management Systems
  • Liaise with the Drilling Contractor and third-party service providers to ensure safe and cost-effective execution of the drilling/completion program
  • Support the Company Drilling Supervisor with engineering expertise
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on operations, equipment, and performance
  • Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Relevant M.Sc. degree (extensive experience may compensate for formal education)
  • Solid technical understanding of drilling and wells planning and operations
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
