Head of Sales in Norway

located in Oslo
. In this role you will combine strategic thinking, customer focus, and team collaboration to drive real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance and take full P&L responsibility for the Norwegian sales organization, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.
- Lead, develop and inspire local sales team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared customer focus.
- Adapt and execute Zumtobel Group's sales strategy to fit local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Take ownership of sales KPIs including revenue, margin, pipeline development, and forecasting accuracy.
- Manage and grow key customer relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and other decision-makers
- Support and oversee high-value projects and complex sales opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, sales operations, and product teams.
Skills & Experience

- You have University degree in business or technical science, ideally with focus on international Sales/Marketing.
- You have strong commercial skills and demonstrated success in driving business development and profitable growth, ideally within lighting, construction, building services, or electrical sectors.
- You are enthusiastic, proactive and self-reliant person with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to inspire teams to achieve corporate goals.
- Prior exposure to team coordination or leadership would be considered as an advantage.
- You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and encounter challenges with a positive attitude.
- You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
- You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce), full professional proficiency in local language and very good English skills.
