Performance Marketing Specialist
The Tise team now counts over 100 people, the majority at our headquarters in Oslo. We are now looking for a new Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing / Global team to help take Tise to the next level As the Performance Marketing Specialist you will play a key operational role in executing and optimizing Tise's
paid social campaigns
across multiple markets. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign setup, creative asset coordination, testing, and performance monitoring and optimization across channels like
Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
.

You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and local marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, strong creative execution, and consistently high performance.

The position is a full-time permanent role based at our headquarters in Oslo, and you will report to our Head of Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day campaign setup, delivery, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging paid social platforms.
• Upload, check, and organize creative assets, ensuring they meet platform specifications, follow best practices, and comply with naming conventions.
• Perform quality assurance across all campaign setups — verifying budgets, targeting, placements, creative formats, tracking parameters, and platform settings before launch.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and early performance; flag issues promptly and provide initial optimization recommendations.
• Pull data and prepare reporting inputs, including performance summaries, creative trends, and key observations.
• Coordinate with local market teams and Tise's content teams to secure relevant assets, content, and information needed for campaign execution.
• Stay updated on platform trends, best-performing formats, and new features, proactively sharing insights with the team.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Confident working inside Meta Ads Manager and similar social ads platforms.
• Understanding of platform-specific creative formats and how content impacts performance.
• Comfortable pulling data, working with spreadsheets, and supporting reporting routines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate quality assurance on campaign setups and creative assets.
• Familiarity with attribution or analytics tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English. Speaking a Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Education in marketing, communication, digital media, or equivalent experience.
