Arbeidsoppgaver

Lede prosjektteam og sikre god grensesnittshåndtering mellom Engineering & Procurement, fabrikasjon, installasjon, MC/commissioning og job setting

Etablere og vedlikeholde fremdriftsplaner for ingeniøraktiviteter og innkjøp

Utarbeide kostnadsestimater og arbeidsomfang for prosjekter for godkjenning hos kunde

Ansvar for planlegging, endringshåndtering, vekt, kost og grensesnitt mot utstyrsleverandører

Sikre etterlevelse av selskapets Project Execution Model (PEM)

Bidra med innspill til risikoregisteret og delta aktivt i prosjektets risikostyring

Bidra til gode KPI-resultater både internt og i prosjekt

Sikre at selskapets HMS-retningslinjer og kvalitetsmål (QA) etterleves

Foreslå og implementere tekniske løsninger som reduserer CO₂-avtrykk og fremmer standardiserte løsninger

Sørge for at fagdisiplin-leveranser følger etablerte arbeidsprosesser og prosedyrer

Kvalifikasjoner

Høyere teknisk utdanning (Bachelor eller Master-nivå)

Erfaring som Project Lead fra vedlikeholds- og modifikasjonsprosjekter i olje- og gassindustrien

Erfaring med multidisipline utfordringer og problemløsning

God kjennskap til relevante lover, forskrifter og standarder

Erfaring fra forenklede modifikasjoner på norsk sokkel og kommersiell forståelse

Kjennskap til Proarc og IFS er en fordel

Gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner

Strukturert og systematisk arbeidsstil

Analytisk og løsningsorientert

Evne til å jobbe selvstendig og i team, være proaktiv og målrettet

Høy fokus på HMS og prosjektmål
