Your role – leading people and performance
As Head of Delivery FM, you'll lead a team of 12–15 skilled Project Managers, driving efficient, high-quality software implementations for our Facility Management customers across the Nordics. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in delivery and customer dialogue ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on value. You'll be responsible for leading and developing our Delivery FM team, ensuring resource allocation, project quality, and financial performance. With a clear focus on engagement, structure and continuous improvement, you'll build a high-performing team culture rooted in trust and accountability.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of 12–15 Project Managers and Delivery professionals.
- Drive project excellence through clear structure, prioritization, and resourcing.
- Ensure effective delivery governance, forecasting and utilization.
- Manage delivery KPIs, including project profitability, customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Support sales and tenders with delivery planning and risk assessment.
- Support sales and employees in Norway with negotiations and contract management.
- Participate in key customer meetings and escalations, representing EG professionally and constructively.
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools and methods.
Your profile – a leader who builds both results and relationships
We're looking for a leader who combines business acumen with a genuine people focus. You bring solid experience from IT project delivery, ideally within software or digital transformation, and a strong ability to balance structure with empathy.
You likely bring:
- Proven experience leading project teams in IT or SaaS delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of project and resource management principles.
- Commercial awareness: understanding budgets, margins, and scope management.
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
- A coaching, clear and motivating leadership style.
- A genuine drive for change, development and efficiency.
- Fluency in Norwegian and strong English skills (both spoken and written).
- It is beneficial if you have previous experience from working with Municipalties, large enterprise accounts and/or experience from the Real estate industry.
