Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape and accelerate our Contractor product strategy - one of Trackunit's key growth frontiers. This is a rare opportunity to step into a space where much is still to be defined, where curiosity, structure, and entrepreneurial drive will make a tangible mark on our future.
You'll be the force behind uncovering how Trackunit can best serve contractors - understanding their workflows, identifying the biggest opportunities, and translating insights into scalable, high-impact products. In a domain where our familiarity is still developing, your ability to explore, validate, and prioritize will be critical.
This is a role for a builder and a connector - someone who's energized by ambiguity and driven to create clarity that leads to impact.
With hubs located in several vibrant cities across Europe, we offer a flexible setup that allows you to work from one of our local hubs or remotely from anywhere within the EMEA region. You can find the full overview at the bottom of this job ad or by visiting this link. Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance for this position.
Before we go any further, here's Jon, a potential new teammate. And really — what's better than hearing directly from someone already working in Product Management at Trackunit?
What's in it for you- A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees.
- International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
- We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
- Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.
- You bring strong domain curiosity and are motivated by solving real problems for contractors and field teams.
- You're skilled in product discovery and validation - shaping early hypotheses, testing them with customers, and turning findings into actionable product direction.
- You're structured and analytical, with proven ability in prioritization and roadmapping in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- You're comfortable starting from a blank slate - exploring opportunity spaces, defining early success metrics, and iterating toward impact.
- You have experience leading cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and GTM to move ideas from concept to launch.
- You value speed and clarity, balancing execution rigor with a bias for learning.
- You communicate clearly and inclusively, bringing others along even when the path isn't yet fully defined.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
Primary responsibilities- Own product discovery and validation in the Contractor domain — identify customer needs, define hypotheses, and translate findings into roadmap priorities.
- Shape and evolve the Contractor product vision, aligning closely with engineering and design to explore opportunity spaces.
- Drive prioritization and roadmapping, ensuring strategic alignment and clear decision-making.
- Partner with regional stakeholders in EMEA and NA to ensure our contractor solutions resonate globally but adapt locally.
- Build structured frameworks for impact measurement, ensuring early signals guide development and iteration.
- Help lay the foundation for future PM hires and team growth as the Contractor domain matures.
Don't waste your time on writing the best possible cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.
- Virtual meet and greet. Meet Malin Lindbom, Director of Product Management and the hiring manager for this role.
- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. Our Hogan assessment enables us to understand your abilities and how you align with our team culture. Instead of seeking 'appropriate' responses, the priority is to develop a meaningful exchange that illustrates your synergy with the Trackunit team.
- Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you'll also work closely with in the job.
- If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
- Offer presentation and walk-through. We're lucky to have you
We're committed to construction - one of the largest industries in the world. Over the past two decades, Trackunit has been pioneering technological progress within construction. Today, we are not only a leading IoT provider but a thought leader, supporting and shaping the agenda for an entire industry on a global scale.
We believe in taking a people approach in everything we do. Being human-centric is not restricted to our products – it's a way of life at Trackunit. We're proud to be a truly global team. Our colleagues get together in hubs spread across the globe, but we embrace the idea of working remotely and in environments that inspire you. Everything we do, we do it to eliminate downtime and build the most useful industry for the world.
The question is: Are you in?
