For å styrke Norges fremtidige vann- og avløpsinfrastruktur ser vi etter en markedssjef til vårt team. Du vil bli en del av et dedikert markedsteam som har ansvar for å vinne våre prioriterte tilbud og dermed skape grunnlaget for våre cirka 250 dyktige eksperter innen vann og miljø. Vi er stolte over å ha bidratt til banebrytende initiativer som avanserte oppgraderinger av avløpsrenseanlegg i kommuner og nasjonalt viktige prosjekter for vannberedskap og -rensing. Med store investeringer forventet i dette markedssegmentet i årene fremover, kommer du til å spille en nøkkelrolle i vår strategiske satsing.

I din hverdag vil du ha ansvar for:

  • Forretningsutvikling innen vann- og avløpsrensing, inkludert relevante markedsaktiviteter
  • Sikre en systematisk tilnærming til markedsaktiviteter og tilbudsarbeid innen VA prosess
  • Lede komplekse tilbudsprosesser og svare på offentlige anbud, inkludert ansvar for høy kvalitet på tilbudene gjennom sterke verdiforslag, godt utformede tekster og profesjonell grafisk presentasjon
  • Overvåke markedet innen VA prosess med fokus på potensielle kunder og kommende anbud, og dermed bygge en sterk prosjektportefølje
  • Etablere og opprettholde gode kunderelasjoner, inkludert samarbeidspartnere
  • Støtte og utvikle våre tilbudsledere i utarbeidelsen av små og mellomstore tilbud for å øke sektorens portefølje
  • Sikre god koordinering med våre tekniske enheter og deres ledere

Du bør også ha følgende kvalifikasjoner:

  • Betydelig og dokumentert erfaring innen fagområdet, helst fra rådgivende ingeniør- eller entreprenørvirksomhet
  • Solid kommersiell og kundeorientert forståelse
  • Erfaring med å skrive overbevisende tilbud
  • Et omfattende profesjonelt nettverk innen VA prosess og en lidenskap for å utvikle relasjoner
  • Kunnskap om offentlige anskaffelser, anskaffelsesmetoder og kompetanse innen rådgiverkontrakter og kontraktsmodeller
  • Erfaring fra arbeid i store matriseorganisasjoner er en fordel
  • COWI har kunder og prosjekter som kan kreve sikkerhetsklarering på ulike nivåer. Sikkerhetsklarering kan derfor være nødvendig for enkelte roller/prosjekter.

Be the force behind our Water & Environmental market expansion

To strengthen Norway's future water and wastewater infrastructure, we are looking for a Market Director to join our team. You will join a skilled team responsible for acquiring our priority bids and thereby creating the foundation for our approximately 250 skilled experts within Water and Environment. We are proud to have contributed to landmark initiatives such as advanced wastewater treatment upgrades across municipalities and nationally important water resilience and purification projects. With large investments expected in this market segment in the coming years, you will play a key role in our strategic positioning.

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

  • Our business development activities within Water and Wastewater Treatment, including relevant marketing activities
  • Ensuring a systematic approach to market activities and proposals within Water and Wastewater Treatment
  • Managing complex proposals and responding to public tenders, including responsibility for high-quality proposals by ensuring strong value propositions, well-crafted formulations, and professional graphic presentation
  • Monitoring the market within Water and Wastewater Treatment with a focus on potential customers and upcoming tenders, thus building a robust project pipeline.
  • Creating and sustaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • Supporting and developing our proposal managers in delivering small and medium-sized proposals to increase the sector's portfolio
  • Ensuring effective coordination with our technical units and their leaders

You should also have the following skills:

  • Considerable and documented experience in the field, preferably from consulting engineering or construction activities
  • Solid commercial and customer-oriented understanding
  • Experience writing persuasive proposals
  • An extensive professional network within the VA process and a passion for developing relationships
  • Knowledge of public procurement, procurement methods and expertise in consultancy contracts and contract models
  • Experience from work in large matrix organizations is an advantage
