Oslo, Oslo County, Norway Simployer AS Full time 120,000 - 180,000 per year

Join Our Team as a Sales Manager at Simployer

At Simployer, we are dedicated to simplifying work-life for our clients by delivering innovative solutions that enhance their everyday business operations. We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Managers to join our team and help us drive our mission forward.

What We Offer

  • Collaborative Culture – Join a supportive, dynamic team dedicated to learning and growth.
  • Professional Development – Access opportunities to expand your skills and grow within the organization.
  • Competitive Compensation – Enjoy a market-aligned salary and benefits package.
  • Real Impact – Make a significant impact on our products, clients, and business.

About the Role

At Simployer, we're shaping the future of HR technology. Our goal is simple but ambitious: to make it easier to be a great employer.

We're now looking for two people-focused, results-driven Sales Managers to lead our "new-customer" and our "expansion sales" efforts in Norway. Based in Oslo, you'll own the local sales function within your area, build a high-performing team, and drive data-informed growth as we strengthen our position with our modern HRM SaaS platform.

Why this is a great opportunity

If you're tired of inheriting someone else's playbook, this is your shot to write one. At Simployer, we're building a modern SaaS growth engine, and this role is at the heart of it. You'll be connecting the dots across the Nordics, uniting markets, teams, and customers around one shared mission: helping people thrive at work. It's part strategy, part storytelling, and all about making things happen. You'll have smart people, great products, and leadership that actually wants bold moves. Bring your curiosity, data instincts, and team mojo and let's see how far we can push the limits together.
