Digital Marketing & Brand Manager

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and execute campaigns across a range of channels: paid social, search, affiliates, native, programmatic, email, and more
  • Work closely with central teams (media, design, content) to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life
  • Develop new ad concepts and test creative approaches across platforms
  • Optimise campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys to maximise performance
  • Track budgets, measure results, and continuously refine for efficiency and ROI
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, online and offline

What we're looking for

  • Experience in digital marketing across multiple consumer-facing channels (DTC/ecommerce experience is a must)
  • Strong understanding of media buying, with the ability to follow up, challenge, and collaborate with internal/external partners
  • Hands on experience in broader consumer brand marketing - from brand positioning to multi-channel campaigns
  • Analytical mindset, confident using data to optimise and improve campaigns
  • Balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English and a solid grasp of Norwegian is crucial
