Senior Software Engineer

Since their start, Bislab has been challenging and transforming credit scoring and financial risk detection with intuitive decision-making tools in the Nordics. Now, they are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build scalable systems and intelligent data solutions that protect companies from financial crime.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to write high-quality code, build meaningful products, and take part in shaping a growing tech scale-up from the inside. If you are motivated by impact, ownership, and solving real-world problems, this one is for you.

You will be part of a small, senior team working hands-on with a modern stack to build, scale, and secure Bislab's data-driven products. You will work across the product lifecycle, from concept to production, with real ownership of the systems you help create.

Your Mission:

• Build secure, scalable systems that process large and complex datasets
• Develop APIs, integrations, and data pipelines used in credit scoring and risk analysis
• Contribute to fraud detection algorithms and real-time risk models
• Integrate external data sources and services into a unified platform
• Write clean, maintainable code and help drive engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and data scientists
• Play an active role in shaping both the product and the engineering culture

This is a role for someone eager to build real products and grow with a fast-moving company. You don't need decades of experience, but you should bring curiosity, drive, and a solid technical foundation.
