What You'll Do
You'll be our
hands-on CTO
, responsible for building the first working version of Talentity.
In This First Phase (pre-funding), Your Mission Is Clear
- Build a simple, testable MVP that can onboard early users and pilot customers.
- Demonstrate real traction and proof of concept to investors.
- Create a clean, intuitive UX showing how talent-based matching can work.
- Collaborate with our external tech partner Enably AS, who will scale the product post-funding.
- Shape the technical direction and architecture for the full platform.
Your MVP will be the foundation for our investment round – showing the world what inclusive, human-centric recruitment can look like.
Your Background
You're a creative builder who thrives in early-stage chaos and wants to use tech for good.
You Probably Have Experience With
- Fullstack development (Python / / React / TypeScript or similar).
- AI or ML-based recommendation / matching systems.
- UX and product thinking – you care about flow, user journeys and usability.
- API integrations and scalable architecture.
- Building MVPs or early-stage products in startups.
Bonus if you've worked with HR-tech, SaaS or community platforms.

Compensation:
This is a
CTO role
with an
equity-based compensation
in the pre-revenue phase (
4-6 %
, vesting over 4 years with 1-year cliff). Salary to follow after successful funding. An
ESOP
is also in place for future hires, KPI-based on team and individual results.
