Intertek is seeking a dedicated NDT Level 3 Specialist
to take a leading role in the development, quality assurance, and mentoring of NDT personnel. You will be a key technical resource in our team and a driving force for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee radiographic testing procedures in compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Develop and oversee CUI - OpenVision radiographic testing procedures in compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Develop and oversee other NDT testing procedures in compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to NDT Level I and II inspectors to ensure consistent and high-quality inspection practices.
- Mentor trainees during their training phases, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and understanding of anomaly classification.
- Conduct and validate inspections, interpret results, and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Manage and maintain inspection equipment and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications Required
- Valid NDT Level 3 certification in Radiography (RT) according to ISO 9712 or PCN.
- Additional Level 3 certifications in other NDT methods (e.g., UT, MT, PT, VT, ET) are highly desirable.
- Documented experience with CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) inspections.
- Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of other NDT techniques and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor less experienced inspectors.
- Sound understanding of relevant safety procedures, especially radiation protection.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian.
