  • l DoLead the architecture, design, and implementation of our next-generation Azure-based data platf
  • orm.Design and execute the roadmap for moving from on-prem to cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficie
  • ncy.Work directly with the CTO to define best practices for cloud data management, governance, and performa
  • nce.Architect data flows and pipelines that can handle large and cross-domain datas
  • ets.Integrate APIs and enable cross-system communication between legacy and cloud-based applicati
  • ons.Build a resilient data infrastructure that empowers analytics, AI, and product innovat
  • ion.Act as a technical sparring partner across teams, guiding developers, data engineers, and product own
  • ers.Champion automation, observability, and quality throughout the data lifecy

Who Yo**

u AreWe're looking for candidates who have a solid cloud related engineering foundation and experience with big data infrastructure. We use several new technologies in the team and frequently collaborate with teams with different expertise. Therefore, flexibility, curiosity and humility to both teach and learn are important personality traits. Some of these things might also describe

  • you:7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar r
  • oles.Deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, and related serv
  • ices.Passionate about driving our platform roadmap with senior sparing partners, in a small team with deep responsibility for our customer's
  • dataFamiliarity with our current and future technology stack: SQL Server, Azure SQL Family, Fabric, Service Bus, Data Migration Tooling, Azure Key Vault, Failover groups, Log Analytics, Application Insights
  • etc.Comfortable with CI/CD and automation tooling (Azure DevOps, Git
  • Hub).Experienced in building scalable and resilient data platf
  • orms.Skilled at architecting solutions across hybrid environments (legacy + cloud) and supporting teams through our transi
  • tion.Hands-on experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured
  • data.Strong understanding of API design, software architecture, and domain-driven de
  • sign.Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best pract
  • ices.Experience leading or mentoring technical teams could be of ben
  • efit.Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and Eng
