Are you a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding who thrives at the intersection of product, business, and people? Then you might be the Product Owner (PO) we're looking for
Who we areGrade is one of the leading SaaS HR-tech providers in the Nordics.
We develop a comprehensive Talent Management system designed to help organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent. Our products cover the entire employee journey — from recruitment to learning and growth — all developed in-house to ensure high quality and seamless integration.
With offices in Sweden (Stockholm, Lund, Trollhättan), Norway (Bodø), and Finland (Helsinki, Oulu), we work closely across countries to deliver outstanding solutions to large organizations throughout the Nordics.
Grade is a relatively young group, which means there is still great opportunity to influence our processes and ways of working. Our corporate language is English, but as this role is based in Norway, excellent Norwegian skills — both written and spoken — are required.
The role as Product OwnerAs Product Owner for Grade's recruitment system, Grade Jobadmin, in Bodø, you will play a key role in shaping the future of one of our core products.
You will be responsible for developing, prioritizing, and setting the direction for the product — ensuring it meets the needs of our users and stays ahead in a competitive market.
You'll act as the link between our customers, internal stakeholders, and the development team — turning insights and data into smart, user-friendly solutions.
Since our ideal customer profile (ICP) primarily consists of organizations within the public sector, knowledge of public administration, as well as laws and regulations related to HR and recruitment, is highly valuable in this role.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Plan the product roadmap and prioritize development based on customer and stakeholder needs.
- Ensure the product maintains high quality, is easy to use, and complies with all relevant laws and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the go-to-market team on partner programs and integrations.
- Align the development of the platform to Grades overall platform strategy.
- Monitor the market and identify the product's unique selling points (USPs).
- Communicate product developments effectively to users and internal teams such as marketing and sales.
- Analyze product usage to understand customer needs and prioritize improvements that bring the most value.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and represent your product in group-wide forums and product discussions.
We believe you are someone who:
- Has experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
- Understands how to balance business goals with technical development and user needs.
- Is structured, analytical, and confident in making prioritization decisions.
- Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Has an interest in HR or recruitment technology and ideally experience from SaaS or software development.
- Speaks and writes Norwegian and English fluently.
At Grade, you'll be part of an ambitious and supportive team of talented colleagues.
You'll work with meaningful products that help people and organizations grow — and you'll play a key role in shaping how we build and develop our solutions going forward.
We offer flexibility, great opportunities for professional growth, and an inclusive work environment where we support each other and have fun along the way.
What We OfferAn employer that is committed to helping our employees grow and reach their full potential.
Generous pension plan and insurance coverage.
Gym membership and the opportunity to work out during working hours.
Hybrid work – choose to work from the office or from home.
Participation in our annual team-building trips.
Great onboarding and career development opportunities
Does this sound like you? We'd love to hear from you
Send us your application and tell us why you want to join Grade on our journey to create the future of HR and recruitment technology.
