What you will do

As a Senior Project Manager at Infor, you'll be at the heart of our customer projects — from strategy to execution. You'll orchestrate cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure that every milestone delivers value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project performance and adapt as needed for success.
• Collaborate with sales teams, contributing to project proposals and offerings.

Accountability:

• Take full ownership and responsibility for project deliverables, ensuring quality standards and commitments are consistently met.
• Drive results by holding yourself and the team accountable to deadlines, budgets, and agreed-upon objectives.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on goals and progress.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks early and craft mitigation strategies.
• Address challenges proactively to minimize disruptions.

Team Leadership

• Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
• Implement best practices to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.

Reporting

• Prepare detailed project reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

What we are looking for

Basic Qualifications

• Higher relevant education
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong command of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ADO).
• Proven ability to lead both remote and local cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Experience in the software/technology industry, ideally in enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with Infor's product suite or similar ERP systems.
