We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float, you will provide essential care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a positive role model and encouraging independence
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Administering medications as needed
- Supporting clients in community and recreational activities
- Using company vehicles to transport clients to outings
This full-time position guarantees 32-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 7 AM - 9 PM. As a Float DSP, you'll work across five different programs located in Norway, Lewiston and Boothbay Harbor.
Pay ranges from $18.25-$18.50/hour based on certifications. There is an additional differential when traveling to Boothbay Harbor.

Requirements
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float Requirements:
- A high school diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or over
- Active driver's license
- DSP certification and 24-hour CRMA certification required
- 1 year of DSP experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
