Data Science Intern / Working Student – Oslo or Remote

Data Science Intern or Working Student
to help us build and scale our digital and data infrastructure.

About the role

You'll work directly with the founders on developing automation, data systems, and AI tools that enhance how we invest, analyze, and report.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who loves building, experimenting, and shipping real tools that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain
    Zapier automations
    connecting our CRM (4Degrees), note-taking apps (Fireflies), MS365, Fyxer, etc.
  • Develop and train
    custom GPTs
    to assist in credit research, deal analysis, and investor reporting.
  • Design and deploy
    Power BI dashboards
    for fund performance, deal pipeline, and ESG reporting.
  • Create
    data scrapers and APIs
    to collect, process, and enrich internal and external datasets (e.g., real estate market, macroeconomic, and ESG data).
  • Support the
    data architecture and governance
    of our analytical stack.

Desired Skills & Background

You might be a student in
Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Finance
, but what matters most is your ability to learn and build.

We're looking for curiosity, creativity, and initiative.

Preferred experience:

  • Python and data libraries (Pandas, Requests, BeautifulSoup, etc.)
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • APIs, automation (Zapier, and CRM data
  • Familiarity with
    AI models
    ,
    prompt engineering
    , or
    LangChain/OpenAI API
  • Optional: familiarity with real estate or financial data
