Rollen

Som kredittmedarbeider blir du en nøkkelperson i vår norske satsing. Du jobber tett med vår danske kredittsjef og norske country manager, og følger lånesaker fra første kontakt til utbetaling med fokus på kvalitet, effektivitet og kundeopplevelse.

Ansvarsområder

  • Kontakte nye norske og svenske leads (telefon/e-post) og innhente dokumentasjon.
  • Gjennomføre første screening/foranalyse av låntakere og utarbeide beslutningsgrunnlag.
  • Koordinere KYC/AML-dokumentasjon, LEI-koder og digital signering.
  • Sikre at låntakere forstår vilkår og fullfører prosessen korrekt.
  • Oppdatere CRM og bidra til forbedring av prosesser og samarbeid på tvers av land.

Hvem er du?

  • Erfaring fra kredittvurdering, bank, leasing eller regnskap, gjerne med SMB-kunder.
  • Kjennskab til Sverige er et plus.
  • Strukturert og risikobevisst, men trives i et vekstmiljø, proaktiv og løsningsorientert.
  • Forstår finansielle analyser og regnskapsdata.
  • Kommuniserer godt skriftlig og muntlig på norsk, og forstår svensk/dansk.
  • Kjennskap til KYC/AML og SMB-finansiering/crowdlending er et pluss.
