Stillingen som Customer Support Representative inngår i vårt supportteam, som er en viktig del av AddSecure AS sitt ansikt utad. Vårt supportsenter består av et team på 15 personer. Den rette vedkommende vil være med på å opprettholde vårt kundefokus, samt bidra til struktur og effektivitet i teamet.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Håndtering av alarmer
  • Besvare innkommende telefoner, samt håndtere og følge opp saker i vårt CRM-system
  • Yte teknisk support til kunder, installatører og alarmstasjoner
  • Bistå montører og driftspersonell med igangsetting av nytt utstyr og endringer i oppsett og funksjoner for eksisterende sendere
  • Arbeide i våre tekniske driftsplattformer med registering og gi support på AddSecure sine produkter og tjenester
  • Andre relevante oppgaver innenfor området
  • Arbeidsoppgavene kan til enhver tid kunne endres i tråd med firmaets behov

Krav:

  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
  • Engasjert, positiv, kundefokusert og nøyaktig
  • God teknisk forståelse
  • Gode datakunnskaper (Microsoft Office-pakken, samt grunnleggende kunnskap om datakommunikasjon og nettverk)
  • Plettfri vandel

Ønsket kompetanse/erfaring/nøkkelkvalifikasjoner:

  • Erfaring fra og/eller kunnskap om brann-/sikkerhetsbransjen, alarmstasjon, elektro, og/eller teknisk support
  • Kunnskap om alarmkommunikasjon
  • Høy gjennomføringsevne og stor arbeidskapasitet
  • Evne til å arbeide selvstendig og i team
