Clear is now seeking a Project Engineer to bring technical expertise, strong project delivery skills, and a passion for smart building solutions to our growing team helping us turn ambitious visions into sustainable realities across Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of building automation projects, from design review and planning through commissioning and handover.
  • Program and configure PLCs, DDC controllers, and BMS graphical interfaces to meet client and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify scope, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee on-site commissioning, including point-to-point checks, functional testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) to validate system performance.
  • Integrate and calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Prepare commissioning documentation, test reports, and as-built records for client approval.
  • Deliver client training and technical handover, ensuring operational teams can manage systems effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health & safety, and quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in delivering building automation or related control system projects.
  • Strong understanding of BMS components, including sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX).
  • Experience with PLCs, DDC systems, and programming or parameter configuration.
