We have flagship stores in Oslo and Japan, and our jewellery is available in over 200 leading retailers worldwide.

Rooted in Scandinavian simplicity and craftsmanship, we create timeless pieces with a clear commitment to responsibility and quality. • Operate purchasing and forecasting systems, ensuring accurate predictions and inventory optimization in collaboration with other departments
  • Contribute actively to Tom Wood's responsibility goals by staying updated on sustainability developments and driving initiatives within procurement
  • Perform various data analysis and reporting for the finance department

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sales, supply chain management, or finance
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and sound decisions
  • High proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets, ERP systems, and/or forecasting tools
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring reliability, quality, and collaboration

  • A collaborative environment where ideas are valued and expertise is shared
  • Inspiring workspace in the Grünerløkka district of Oslo, Norway
