Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of machine learning solutions using event-driven architectures. By integrating messaging services such as Kafka and Pub/Sub, you'll help build robust systems that ensure real-time data flow and fast response times.
- Deep Learning
- Work with advanced deep learning techniques, including model training, evaluation, and deployment of state-of-the-art models to tackle complex challenges.
- LLMs, RAG & Intelligent Agents
- Explore and experiment with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent agents. You'll combine LLM capabilities with dynamic search strategies to develop innovative and adaptive AI solutions.
- ML Ops
- Design, build, and optimize ML Ops pipelines to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments. Your work will ensure reliable and scalable AI systems.
- Data Management & Modeling
- Handle and model data to prepare it for machine learning solutions. This includes data collection, preprocessing, and transformation to ensure high-quality and relevant datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools and production-grade machine learning workflows.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or intelligent agent technologies is an advantage.
- Solid experience in data handling, data modeling, and working with large datasets.
- Norwegian language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
