- Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance.
- Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines (Mechanical, Controls, CSA).
- Monitor and report on progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning across all electrical packages, ensuring visibility and alignment across the wider delivery team.
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.
- Support integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification and documentation of electrical systems.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
- Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience managing electrical delivery including within data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems essential.
- Proven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools
- Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
