Overview

Gallagher is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our growing Marine & Energy team. As an Assistant Broker you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients by managing the documentation process and providing broking support services. Your expertise in the maritime industry, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to handle complex tasks will contribute to the success of the brokerage operations Gallagher is known for.

How you'll make an impact
  • Register client data in our IT systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and issue documentation for clients and insurance providers.
  • Collaborate with our brokers to prepare renewals and presentations.
  • Provide support to the claims team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
About you
  • Work experience from marine and/or energy insurance.
  • Highly accurate and meticulous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Strong numerical competence and Excel skills, as well as proficiency in other IT tools.
  • Proficient in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
